Dear advice seekers,
unfortunately, due to the Corona Pandemic, the person-to-person consulting service will remain paused.
We advise on a voluntary basis and free of charge on the following dates exclusively by telephone on 01522/9114049 between 6 and 8 p.m.:
We can only be reached by phone on the days mentioned above between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m.
If there is a busy signal, we are currently in consultation. Then please try again and don't leave any messages. We do not listen to the answering machine, and we do not call back. We ask for your patience at this extraordinary time for all of us.
For an effective initial consultation, we urge you to have all the necessary documents ready, e.g. residence permit, notifications from the immigration authorities, the BAMF, the courts, etc.
Please check this page regularly to see whether the telephone appointments are taking place.
