Since 1977, the Frankfurter Rechtshilfekomitee für Ausländer e.V. (Legal Support Committee for Foreigners in Frankfurt) supports people from foreign countries who find themselves in difficulties. Every Tuesday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.,we offer a free initial legal consultation in German and in English in the Ecumenical Center Christuskirche on Beethovenplatz in Frankfurt am Main.

Legal support may be provided in the following fields:

  • Immigration Law
  • Asylum Law
  • Social Law

The consultation takes place in person in the Christuskirche every Tuesday from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., following the hygiene rules (1.5 m distance, FFP2 mask requirement). Also, 3G aplies: only persons who recovered from COVID, fully vaccinated persons or tested persons are admitted.

For an effective initial consultation, we urge you to have all the necessary documents ready, e.g. residence permit, notifications from the immigration authorities, the BAMF, the courts, etc.
